Collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and similar information. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Use of SalesViewer® technology:
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). CAD portal registration
We want to make accessing our extensive collection of construction products and design documents as easy and secure as possible for you. To do so, enter your first name, last name, and email address in the form and confirm your email address via a verification link. Your download will then be activated. We will use your contact details to contact you through our sales department to introduce you to our products and solutions in more detail.
Your data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with our terms of use for the CAD portal and includes the collection and further processing of your data for the purpose of contacting you. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
In order to be able to technically implement the controlled provision of our content, we use the cookie “cadportal_login”. This cookie recognizes you as an authorized user during your session and allows you to access the content without having to log in again. This cookie also records the downloads you have made. The storage of and access to information from the cookie is carried out in accordance with Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with the terms of use.
Only our internal departments responsible for the website, activation, and contact (marketing, IT, and sales) have access to the data. No data is passed on to external processors or transferred to third countries.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by European or national legislators in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the controller is subject.
