We have put a lot of thought and effort into supporting you in your work and providing you with the best possible information about our products, revealing a great deal of information in the process. We therefore believe it is only fair that we learn more about you in return. This allows both sides to generate added value. You can find out more below:
Scope of application
These terms of use govern access to and use of the content provided on this website, in particular technical drawings, CAD files, and design details relating to our construction products (hereinafter referred to as “content”). By registering on the CAD portal, you accept these terms and conditions.
Provider
The provider is the entity named in the legal notice.
Procedure for accessing content
Access to our design details is granted in the following steps:

Enter your contact details in the form provided (mandatory information: name, company, email address, etc.).

Receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address.

After successful confirmation, the download of the requested content will be activated.
A cookie named „cadportal_login“ is set for the technical implementation of this access control. This cookie is used to recognize you as an authorized user on the server side during the session and to record which products are relevant to you and which documents you have downloaded. The cookie is automatically deleted 180 days after your last visit. Alternatively, you can delete it manually at any time via your browser settings or via the opt-out link in the privacy policy.
Consideration: Use of your contact details for sales purposes
Access to the content is granted in exchange for your consent to the use of your contact details for contact by our sales department. You agree that we may contact you by email to introduce you to our products and solutions in more detail.
Termination, right of objection, and data deletion
After the initial contact, you have the right to object to the further use of your data at any time and to request the deletion of your personal data. Please send your objection informally by email to Marketing@Lindner-Group.com
or use the contact details provided in the legal notice. Your data will then be deleted immediately, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary. We will delete your contact and usage data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, but after 180 days at the latest.
Use of content
The content provided is protected by copyright and may only be used for your own business purposes, in particular for planning, tendering, or implementing construction projects using our products.
Reproduction, distribution, publication, or use for other purposes—in particular for training, publications, or competitions—is only permitted with express written permission.
No warranty
The content has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. It is intended to assist in planning processes, but does not replace individual professional advice or review by a planner or structural engineer.

Changes to the terms of use
We reserve the right to amend these terms of use as necessary. The current version can be viewed on this website at any time.
Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, insofar as this is legally permissible.
